This page explains what information Direct Design Define ("we," "us") collects through directdesigndefine.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. We keep this simple because the site itself is simple: it's a portfolio and contact page, not an app with accounts or logins.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly, plus the basic technical data any website receives automatically.

We do not use cookies, local storage, or any analytics or advertising tracking script on this site. There are no accounts, logins, or uploads — there is nothing to sign up for, so there is no user data tied to an account.

Third parties involved

We use a small number of outside services to run this site. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

Formspree, Inc. — receives and stores contact form and inquiry submissions (name, email, message) and forwards them to our inbox. See Formspree's privacy policy.
Netlify, Inc. — hosts this website and generates standard server/access logs. See Netlify's privacy policy.
Google (Google Fonts) — delivers the typefaces used on this page; loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which can see your IP address as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy.

We do not use any AI tool or third-party AI provider to process, read, or generate responses to the messages you send us through this site — inquiries are read and answered by a person.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the services listed above.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

Tell you what information we have on file for you
Correct information that's wrong
Delete any information you've submitted to us

To do any of this, email directdesigndefine@gmail.com. Because submissions are stored in Formspree, a deletion request means we remove the message from our inbox and delete the corresponding submission in Formspree; we'll confirm once it's done.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or who we share it with changes — for example, if we add analytics or a new tool to the site — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
